By using Formserve ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.

Account Terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide a valid email address and other requested information during signup.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots are not permitted.

API Terms

  • Use of the API is bound by these Terms of Service.
  • The Service is not liable for damages resulting from API usage.
  • Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the API.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

  • Upgrades are charged at a prorated rate for the remainder of the month.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No prorating for downgrades.
  • All fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds are processed according to our Fair Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

  • To cancel your account, please email support@formserve.io.
  • Data beyond free plan limits will become inaccessible upon cancellation and permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • The Service may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  • The Service reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice posted on the site or service.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  • All content uploaded remains your property.
  • The look and feel of the Service is copyrighted to Formserve.
  • You may not duplicate or reuse any part of the Service's design without permission.

General Conditions

  • Use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • Technical support is provided via email only.
  • Third-party vendors and hosting partners are used to provide necessary technology.
  • You must not hack, modify, or falsely imply association with the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse system resources.
  • The Service does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
  • Formserve shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Formserve.
